The P3 Certificate Course

Three certificates. Two days. 15 hygienists.

Earn a certificate in hand instrumentation, ultrasonics, and air polishing. Practice at the chair, get coached in real time, and take it back to your operatory on Monday.

Each skill is taught, practiced with coaching, then assessed in a working operatory. You receive a certificate for each one you complete.

Review instrument design and function, advanced strokes and fulcrums, and hybrid designs. Build the ideal kit for your own hand.

Ultrasonics

Operate both piezoelectric and magnetostrictive technology with direct coaching. Get specific feedback on insert selection, adaptation, and power control.

Air polishing

Learn technique for supragingival and subgingival applications, powder selection, and HVE use. Practice with coaching in a working operatory.

Monday morning, these skills are in your own operatory.

P3 is a hands-on clinical training experience. Participants receive three certificates for completing designated training components during the event. Prevention, documentation and coding, and new technologies are taught alongside them.

The two days

Build the foundation. Then put it into practice.

Doors open at 7:30. The program runs 8:00 to 5:00 both days, with two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch.
